Terms and Conditions - Mack Trucks Competition

Definitions

Eligible Customer means customers of the Organiser who are Australian Businesses at the time of entry and who are not either a Participating Dealer or excluded in accordance with clause 7.

Eligible Transaction means a transaction invoiced strictly between 1 October 2026 and 31 October 2026. For the sake of clarity, Eligible Transactions include:

  1. Front-counter and back-counter part sales;
  2. Mack genuine and extended parts range; and
  3. retail transactions only (excludes internal, warranty and service contracts).

Minimum Spend means a minimum of $2500 (incl GST) or more in one transaction at Participating Dealers.

Participating Dealer means any Volvo Group Australia authorised dealer.

Introduction

  1. By entering this giveaway competition (Competition), participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
  2. The Competition is organised by Volvo Group Australia Pty Ltd (through its business Mack Trucks Australia) (Organiser).

Eligibility

  1. Eligible Customers must:
    1. spend a minimum amount of $2500 (incl GST) on parts in an Eligible Transaction at a Participating Dealer;
  2. The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

  1. To enter the Competition, Eligible Customers must:

    1. make at least the Minimum Spend in one transaction at Participating Dealers;
    2. complete the competition form with their business name, contact details (including address, email address and phone number), the invoice number and Mack chassis number related to the applicable Eligible Transaction. The competition form is available here: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/nhJKzb6s50.
    3. A complete list of Participating Dealers is appended to these Terms and Conditions at Appendix A.

  2. Unless otherwise stated in the promotional materials, for each Eligible Transaction made by a Customer, that Customer may submit a competition form entry. The number of entries allowed for each Customer is up to a maximum of ten.

  3. This Competition excludes:

    1. National parts retailers (competitors of the Organiser) (for example but not limited to Multispares, Truckline, Maxiparts);
    2. national fleet customers;
    3. manipulation (for example splitting invoices in order to reach the Minimum Spend).

Competition Period

  1. The Competition begins on 12:00am Thursday 1 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm Saturday 31 October 2026, AEST.

  2. Entries received after the competition closing date and time will not be considered.

Winner Selection

  1. Winners will be selected by a random draw from all submitted, eligible entries.

  2. The draw will take place on Monday 16 November 2026.

  3. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of the selection (Notification Date).

  4. Fridges will be sent to the Customer address nominated at the time of entry in accordance with clause 3.c) of these Terms and Conditions.

Prizes

  1. The prize(s) for the Competition is a Mack branded mini fridge valued at RRP $1136 (incl GST), with double glazed reversible door and lock. Up to ten fridges are available to be be won.

  2. The Exterior dimensions are 430 x 500 x 700 mm and the fridge can fit approximately 85 x 375ml cans.

  3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes unless otherwise specified.

Notification and Prize Collection

  1. The winner will be notified via the phone or email details provided at the time of entry.

  2. The winner must respond via email to the following address info@macktrucks.com to claim their prize within 5 business days from the Notification Date.

  3. Any fridges not claimed within 5 business days from the Notification Date, will go back into the draw, with the same draw occurring for the remaining fridges.

  4. If the winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in these Terms and Conditions, or is deemed by the Organiser to be ineligible, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  5. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 14 business days of acceptance of the prize and confirmation of their details.

Privacy

  1. By entering the Competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, prize fulfillment, and in accordance with clause 24 of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The Organizer will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize.

Publicity

  1. The results of the Competition will not be published.

Liability

  1. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or failures that may occur during the entry process or the prize award process.

  2. The Organizer will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Governing Law

  1. The Competition is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
