Brad Jones Racing sticks with the Bulldog brand for efficiency, dependability and connectivity.

After more than 3 years of partnership with Mack Trucks, Brand Jones Racing (BJR) has taken delivery of 2 new Euro 6 Mack Anthem prime movers. The new trucks will be tasked with transporting BJR’s new Toyota GR Supra Supercars to events around the country.

Powered by Mack’s fuel efficient 13-litre MP8HE engine and backed by the new generation 12-speed mDrive transmission the aerodynamic Anthem will be well placed to continue to deliver dependable transport for the regional Supercar team.

The Anthems are also equipped with Mack’s 36-inch integrated walk-through sleeper cab to provide driver comfort when on the highway between races. The team has been using Mack for over three years with these trucks replacing 2 Euro 5 Anthems that were delivered in 2023.

“The Macks have been a fantastic truck for us,” says Brad Jones, Team Owner, BJR, “From Albury down to Launceston, across to Perth and up to Darwin, our Macks travel the lengths of Australia hauling our race cars. We have strict timelines to adhere to and our drivers know they can rely on Mack to make it every single time.”

“We’ve been getting great customer feedback on MP8HE equipped Anthem when it comes to fuel efficiency,” says Tony O’Connell, Vice President Mack Trucks Australia. “These trucks are also equipped with our Mack Connect telematics solution which provides fantastic visibility on fuel usage which gives operators the ability to monitor their fuel usage across their Mack fleet.”

“Aerodynamics are just as important in trucking as they are in motorsport, removing drag saves fuel and the Anthem’s aero styling and the MP8HE powerplant make for a great combination,” O’Connell continues.

“I’m very pleased to continue our partnership with the BJR team and look forward to watching the team race with the kind of grit and tenacity that the Mack brand is famous for.
