Volvo Group’s wholly-owned remanufacturing workshop, VMR, provides quality used and reconditioned Mack truck parts.

Since its introduction in 1995, VMR has been servicing the parts requirements for Australia’s vehicle population by offering a quality used parts alternative.

VMR provides used, second hand, and remanufactured engines, diffs, gearboxes and small components throughout the Volvo Group Dealer network – contact your local dealer to locate the part you need.

Dismantled, cleaned and inspected

All assemblies are completely dismantled and cleaned before being inspected by our technicians.

Our used parts are subject to numerous checks to ensure that all customers receive their replacement parts both well-presented and of excellent quality.

Remanufactured engines to your requirements

Reconditioned engines can be built to your requirements. Our range includes all options from short engines and ¾ engines through to complete engines, ensuring we can offer you a solution that fits your needs and budget.

Reconditioned engine parts including bare blocks, cylinder heads, cam shafts, crank shafts, con rods, overhauled fuel pumps and injectors and much more are available.

Transmissions and Parts

A fully remanufactured transmission means less down time. All transmissions which come through our workshop are dismantled, cleaned and inspected against original specifications. Parts are graded and replaced as required, and various levels of warranties including three, six and 12 months are on offer.

Differentials and components

Our range of diff centres includes Mack, Meritor and Eaton. All diffs are built with a three, six or 12 month warranty.

Small components on offer include cab rams, cab lift pumps. Reline pake shoes, rear axle and steer axle assemblies.

Cab panel components include complete cabs, sealed cabs and cab shells. Doors and interior trims. Cab panels. All interior panels including dash, trims and selected fridges.
